Missouri Chaplain Services (MCS) serves veterans with resources, referral, and personized counsel.  Chaplain Gary also stands with Veterans and Families at graveside services for a fallen warrior.  Additionally, MCS advises the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) in standing up a volunteer Chaplaincy to serve Missourians in Disaster Response.
